Full-time Research Assistant for Professors Leila Agha and Luca Maini

Professors Leila Agha and Luca Maini (Harvard) are seeking a full-time research assistant for a renewable one-year term. The job will involve collaboration on research projects in applied microeconomics focusing on health care, innovation, and Medicare policy. Research topics may include studying the market demand for physician quality, and investigating how coverage restrictions on prescription drugs affect patient utilization and health outcomes. The research assistant will assist with literature reviews, data cleaning, statistical analysis, and research management, in close collaboration with faculty mentors and other members of the research team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative background and communication skills, with a preference for candidates with substantial programming experience. A long-term interest in pursuing research in economics or health care policy is valued. Prior work experience in research or industry is a plus but not required.
